CNC milling and turning to microns. Shafts, valve bodies, impellers and wear components for the machines that move industry — machined in Istanbul, shipped worldwide.
Every part begins as a solid block of nothing in particular. What it becomes is decided in thousandths of a millimetre — by the spindle, the feed, and the discipline behind them.
CNC milling and turning under one roof — heavy gantry and bridge-type machining centres, running lights-out.
Bridge-type machining centres for large structural steel and cast iron work — bed plates, frames, housings and moulds up to 4.2 metres.
Simultaneous five-axis work for impellers, manifolds and complex curved geometry that cannot be reached in a single setup.
Long-bed turning for shafts, rolls, bushings and sleeves, with live tooling for milled features in one clamping.
Every batch is measured against the drawing on a CMM. Full dimensional reports and material certificates on request.
Carbide meets hardened steel at 18 000 rpm. Everything we promise is decided here.
Select a component — the geometry rebuilds in real time.
Machined flanges and pipe fittings for pressure systems — faced, bored and drilled on a single setup so bolt circles stay true.
Critical dimensions are checked on the CMM to ±0.005 mm before a batch leaves the floor — and the report ships with the parts.
Certified stock, traceable from mill to machine.
Industries we supply CNC machined parts to.
Cylinder components, valve bodies, manifolds, gland nuts and polished rods for high-pressure systems.
Shaft couplings, stern gear, corrosion-resistant fittings and bronze bushings for vessels and shipyards.
Stainless and duplex flanges, pump housings, impellers and sealing faces for aggressive media.
Wear-resistant liners, crusher components and hardened tooling built to survive abrasion.
Interlock paving moulds, block machine tooling and heavy structural machined parts.
Turbine and generator components, precision housings and rotating assemblies.
Five steps. No surprises.
Send a STEP file or a PDF drawing. We review it for manufacturability and come back with a fixed price and lead time.
Toolpaths are programmed and simulated, workholding designed so the part is cut in the fewest possible setups.
Roughing, semi-finishing and finishing passes on calibrated machines, with in-process checks against the drawing.
Critical dimensions measured on the CMM. You receive a dimensional report and material certificate with the batch.
Heat treatment, coating, passivation or painting as required — then packed and shipped from Istanbul.
Sweep across the billet. Everything that is not the part comes off — the same way it comes off a machine. Four parts to cut.

What buyers usually ask before sending a drawing.
We work to ±0.005 mm on precision features such as ground bearing journals, with surface finishes down to Ra 0.4. Critical dimensions are measured on a coordinate measuring machine and you receive the dimensional report with the batch.
A STEP or IGES model is ideal because it lets us program directly from your geometry. We also work from DWG files and PDF drawings. If all you have is a sample part or a sketch, send a photograph with the key dimensions and we will come back with questions.
Both. We machine single replacement parts and prototypes as readily as repeat production batches. One-offs are often reverse-engineered from a worn component when the original drawing no longer exists.
Carbon and alloy steels including S355, C45, 42CrMo4 and 16MnCr5; stainless grades 304, 316L, 17-4 PH and Duplex 2205; tool and wear steels such as 1.2379, 1.2344 and Hardox; bronze, brass and aluminium; and engineering plastics including POM, PEEK and UHMW-PE.
Yes. Material certificates to EN 10204 are available on request, and a dimensional report is supplied with each batch as standard.
Yes. Parts are finished, packed and shipped from our works in Istanbul, and we supply customers internationally as well as across Türkiye.
Heavy and precision machined components: drive shafts, flanges and pipe fittings, hydraulic manifolds and valve bodies, bushings and wear sleeves, pump and blower impellers, gears and drive parts, and hardened interlock moulds for paving-block machines.
STEP, IGES, DWG or a photograph on the back of an envelope. We will tell you what it costs and when it ships.
